Thursday Thought Coaching® is operated by Marcia Cassidy, as a sole trader.

What data I obtain from you:

  • Name

  • Email address(es)

  • Telephone number(s)

  • Documents, messages, emails submitted by you

Why I need your data:

  • Reply to your requests for more information

  • Necessary to perform functions relating to Thursday Thought Coaching® services

  • Monitor and analyse visits to my website for internal reporting

What I do with your data:

Your personal data is processed by me, Marcia Cassidy. 

Hosting and storage of your data takes place by using cloud storage infrastructure and a quarterly security check is adhered to.

Under no circumstances is your data ever sold or rented to a third party. I may share your data in the following circumstances:

  • to service providers, for eg: Squarespace, Calendly, Hello Sign, PayPal, etc. who assist in the delivery of my products and services

  • to third parties if I believe that disclosure is advisable or necessary to comply with the law, to enforce or apply my contractual terms and conditions, or to protect the rights, property or safety of myself or others

How long I keep your data:

Under UK tax law, I am expected to keep your data for a minimum of 6 years. After this time period has elapsed, your information will continue to be kept by me until I hear from you at: marcia@thursdaythoughtcoaching.com 

However, you do not have to wait that long and have the right to contact me at any time, should you wish for your data to be deleted.

Your rights:

To request a copy of the personal information that is held, to withdraw consent or to exercise any of your rights under GDPR, please contact Marcia Cassidy at: marcia@thursdaythoughtcoaching.com

If you are not satisfied with the way Thursday Thought Coaching®  handles/processes your data and you wish to make a complaint, please contact Marcia Cassidy at: marcia@thursdaythoughtcoaching.com 

I will collaborate with you on this matter personally, in order to resolve it promptly.

If, according to the law, you still feel that your personal data has not been handled correctly, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and file a complaint.
